We started shearing on Saturday. We were able to get 13 alpacas done in about 6 hours. We have 2 more left to do. These will be done on May 16th at the Alpaca Package Resource 5th year anniversary event at Sallie's Fen. WE were hoping to move them sooner but there have been a couple of coy-dogs in the neighborhood ( They ripped through two layers of chicken wire to get to my neighbors rabbits) so we are working on a more secure area before we move them out.
